A clear process for every warm follow-up.
You provide the agreed enquiries, quotes or client follow-ups. I contact them personally using the approach we approve, record each outcome and return the next steps clearly.

Personal warm follow-up—not a call centre or a mass cold-calling service.
You send the opportunity. I return a clear outcome.
The service gives follow-up a named owner without making your existing systems unnecessarily complicated.
The agreed contacts and context
- Who should be contacted
- Why the follow-up is appropriate
- Relevant quote, enquiry or conversation details
- Your preferred tone, timing and next step
- Anything I must not promise or confirm
A documented result for every record
- Contact attempts recorded
- The response or outcome summarised
- Bookings and warm replies handed back
- Follow-up dates or actions made clear
- Closed records marked appropriately
Four practical steps from handover to next action.
We agree what I am handling
We choose the contact types, objective, communication method, number of attempts and situations that should be passed back to you.
You provide the agreed records
You supply only the information needed for the task through the agreed spreadsheet, CRM, email process or other suitable method.
I contact people personally
I use the agreed wording and boundaries, identify myself clearly and help interested people reach the next sensible step.
You receive clear outcomes
Each record is updated so you know who replied, what was agreed, what needs attention and which items can be closed.
We use a method that fits your business.
You do not need to buy a complicated new system. We agree a reliable method that provides the information I need without unnecessary access.
Shared tracker
A simple spreadsheet containing the minimum agreed contact and follow-up information.
Email handover
Suitable enquiries, quote details or notifications forwarded through an agreed process.
Limited CRM access
Where appropriate, access can be limited to the records and actions needed for the work.
Booking process
Your approved calendar or handback route is used when someone is ready for the next step.
The exact handover method, access level and information required are agreed before work begins.
Helpful, direct and never needlessly pushy.
I am not there to pressure somebody into buying. The aim is to reopen the conversation, understand the situation and make the next step easy where genuine interest remains.
You should never have to guess what happened.
Each agreed record receives a status, concise outcome and next action.
| Contact | Reason | Attempt | Outcome | Next action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sarah M. | Open quote | Call completed | Interested | Site visit booked |
| James R. | Website enquiry | Voicemail left | Awaiting reply | Second attempt Friday |
| Previous prospect | Earlier interest | Reply received | Not currently needed | Close record |
Your fields, labels and reporting frequency are agreed around your workflow.
A defined support role—not an open-ended sales promise.
Complete the agreed follow-up
- Contact appropriate warm enquiries and agreed older opportunities
- Follow up quotes, proposals, bookings and client actions
- Use approved wording and questions
- Book or hand back the agreed next step
- Record the outcome clearly
Make decisions outside the agreed role
- Mass-call random consumer lists
- Guarantee sales, bookings, payments or renewals
- Give financial, insurance, legal, medical or therapeutic advice
- Offer unapproved prices, discounts or contractual commitments
- Make regulated or technical statements that have not been approved
Start with a 25-contact follow-up trial.
Use one agreed batch to see how the handover, calls, tracking and handback work before considering ongoing support.
- Up to 25 agreed contact records
- Wording and boundaries agreed first
- Contact attempts using the agreed method
- Clear outcome tracker and handback
Before we speak.
Do you use my number or your number?
We agree the most appropriate setup. I always introduce myself and my role clearly; a dedicated business calling setup may also be used.
Can you follow up Bark leads?
Yes, where your business has chosen the lead and confirms it is appropriate to contact. We also agree how quickly I should respond.
Do you write the wording?
I can prepare a draft, but you approve the introduction, questions, claims and boundaries before contact begins.
Can you take payments or close deals?
My normal role is follow-up, clarification, booking and handback. Anything beyond that would require a separate, clearly defined agreement.
Can you guarantee more sales?
No. I cannot control lead quality, price, availability or another person’s decision. I can complete and document the agreed follow-up.
What happens after the trial?
We review the workflow and outcomes. If ongoing support makes sense, we choose a suitable level; if it does not, there is no need to continue.
